Family Builders International Ministries: October 2011

Family Builders is a night set aside where families of all shapes and sizes can come together for a time of fun, fellowship and encouragement. It is serious enough for the parents and entertaining enough to keep both toddlers’ and teenagers’ attention. All lessons are Bible-based and illustrated with drama, music, audience participation and other visuals. Family Builders Nights can be structured for either once a week, once a month or bi-monthly.

The mission part of Family Builders is strictly evangelism - reaching the lost with the gospel message of Christ’s love and forgiveness for all. This message of hope and salvation is portrayed through the live drama, and film, “Vagabundo”, which uses clown characters. It is full of fun antics and music touched with serious moments that reach out to the hearts of audiences of all ages. This drama is widely accepted in the public schools of Central America, prisons, jails, churches and street programs.

The film part of Family Builders ministry is called Take 7 Films. It consists of seven main crew members - the seven Sampley children, each one working in their specialized areas to produce godly films that glorify God. Some of their finished works include “The Singer and His Song”; the "Dad The Hero” films; “Dear Mama” and “Vagabundo”. They have also produced various presentations for such occasions as Easter, weddings, Family Builders nights, etc.
